Job Profiles :

• Placing calls to the insurance companies to obtain status of the medical bill.
• Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
• Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
• Regular Attendance.
• Work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.
• Apply the training knowledge to the day to day work.

Required Skills:

• Any graduate and post graduate other than listed below can apply.
• Any non IT, CSE, ECE engineering streams can apply.
• Any 3 years diploma (10th, +2 or +3 years) holders can also apply.
• Candidates with 0 to 12 months of experience in Intenational/Domestic calling or AP calling can apply.
• Candidates with BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT & ECE), MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS), ME, M.Tech, MBA education  background can't apply.
• Candidates with arrears/backlogs are not eligible.
